A Place to Stand - Why I Write

A PLACE TO STAND

Since more people arrive at this profile every single day, allow me to describe what you will mostly find here - and why I repeatedly write and share my thoughts publicly.

I am not political.
I belong to no ideology.
No one pays me.
No interest groups or companies are involved or affiliated.
I preach no religion and represent no faith community.

I am a grown Human Being - a man who stands in the middle of Reality and lives in Freedom

My voice comes from somewhere else.
An older place.
A place that existed before modern confusion, before power disguised itself as care - and before Truth was reduced to narrative, which we ourselves could choose what should be.

I am a believer.
Connected to God.
Not in a way that requires you to believe as I do - but in a way that enables me to let you be free.

My faith is not a demand directed at others.
It is a foundation I myself stand on.
And precisely for that reason, I need not submit to people, systems or ideas that demand my inner surrender.

I stand on freedom, love and justice.
Not as empty values, but as existential realities - the cosmos' deepest natural laws - anchored in inner clarity and responsible surrender to that which is greater than ourselves.

These values can be gathered in one word -
Truth.

That which the human being is created to stand in, live in and carry, when it straightens itself up.

Therefore my position is simple -

Every human being who wishes to live in a place where the right to believe is protected and defended -

Can stand together with me!

EXCEPT if your belief - religious, political or ideological - DEMANDS that others submit to it.

That is why I consistently write about Islam.
Not out of hatred. And not out of fear.
But because Islam - as civilisational architecture - collides fundamentally with the order I stand in.

And I am not moving.

Not out of stubbornness - but because I already stand somewhere the Human Being can breathe freely.

Precisely from here where I stand, one can stand together with all peaceful Muslims who do not wish religion to be made into law, politics and constant pressure - and who do not wish our society to be transformed into the same totalitarian form many have precisely fled from in order to break free.

If that is you - then stand with me.
I understand your need for belief, practice, rituals and way of orienting yourself towards God - and I stand firmly between you, and those who wish you to submit to their form.

The form of law-religion has been defeated in the Western world - and I am here to remind everyone of that. Especially those attempting to reintroduce its mischief in all conceivable forms.

For the same reason I stand against all of the age's totalitarian mindsets - regardless of sender -

Technocracy's control and surveillance society, where the human being is reduced to data.

Ideologies that dissolve reality, language and biology.

Systems that in equality's name erase responsibility, difference and dignity and create work and re-education camps and courses for people with 'false consciousness' or 'unconscious bias'.

As well as any order that attempts to create structure without heart, life and spirit.

I am indifferent to titles.

If your thinking - religious, political, academic or technological - demands submission and deprives people of freedom, love and the right to live in truth, then you have a problem with me.

It is irrelevant whether you are imam, bishop, CEO, politician, civil servant, professor or activist.

Power does not change principles.

You will run into me sooner or later.
Because I am not disappearing.

I am steward of that which was given to us.
That which our ancestors painstakingly erected.
The civilisational architecture that made the West a sanctuary - where the human being could stand freely, responsibly and upright, and from which light could stream further out into the world.

I invite everyone inside who wishes to stand on this foundation - to protect and preserve -

Freedom
Love
Justice
Responsibility
Human dignity
Health
Truth

This is where I stand.
And here I remain.
