REMIGRATION
What does it mean (actually)?
The word gets thrown around in media and on social platforms these days. And it will continue to be, over the coming years.
But right now it's being used as a weapon - without anyone willing to take responsibility for what it means.
So let me take the role of messenger again - and cut it to the bone, so we can speak about it with adult clarity.
If you peel away the emotions, and let the one central thing remain at the bottom, here is how I understand it.
"Remigration is about preserving a society, before it dissolves."
Read again.
Without emotions.

It's a sentence that for the modern Western person can be difficult to understand, because we've been raised to believe that tolerance and inclusion are always a virtue.
But a virtue is only a virtue as long as it has a boundary. Unlimited tolerance is not tolerance - it is self-dissolution.
A society cannot exist if it accepts everything.
Because then in the end it stands for nothing.
Again. Read those two sentences above one more time.

Remigration is therefore not a question of EXCLUSION. It is a question of SELF-PRESERVATION.
And that is absolutely central to understand.
It is not about skin colour.
Not about race.
Not about ethnicity.
Not about "pointing anyone out".
It should go without saying - here in those societies in the world that have taken the hardest and most consistent reckoning with the nature of racism.
That remigration is being discussed is about -
CULTURE, LAW, COMPATIBILITY.
Because a society is not just geography and asphalt.
A society is a value system that people live (together) by.
The Western world and civilisation builds on and rests upon SPECIFIC, NON-NEGOTIABLE PRINCIPLES.
These are not perfect, but historically they are UNIQUE -
Freedom of speech (including the right to criticise religion).
Equality before the law (regardless of gender, faith or status).
The individual's responsibility over the collective's control.
Secularism (religion is personal, not political system).
Human rights over religious law.
These non-negotiable principles are not just "one culture among many".
They are the central principles - and foundation - for what we in the West understand as Freedom.
If you remove the principles that freedom rests upon, then Freedom disappears with them.
Because Freedom is not a feeling.
Freedom is a system of principles.
And here we arrive at the problem - because not all ideologies and faiths in this world wish to live under those principles - or have the Western world's and Western person's understanding of Freedom.
Some religious or political doctrines are not just different - they are antagonistically structured in relation to the West's foundation and principles.
They want special rules for their own group.
They do not accept the separation between religion and law.
They see blasphemy as criminality.
They place the group's authority over the individual's freedom.
And when a political law-religion or ideology on top of that consistently works toward - and in its essence is oriented toward and demands dominance - not coexistence - then it is INCOMPATIBLE with a FREE society.
It is not discrimination to state this.
It is just Reality.
What we used to call Truth.
It is the adult, conscious person's starting point for the entire conversation.
When we recognise and acknowledge that this is the bottom of the problem, then we arrive at remigration meaning three things - not just one -
VOLUNTARY RETURN - for people who would rather live under a system that matches their values, structure and faith. This is already happening in several places in the EU - many migrants travel home when they receive money and support to re-establish themselves in societies that match their preferences.
TERMINATION OF RESIDENCE - in case of criminality or rejection of society's law - If you spit on the country that gives you freedom and rights, then you lose the privilege of being there.
ACTIVE DEPORTATION - in case of ideological incompatibility. If one consciously and persistently works for another legislation (e.g. sharia) to apply, or for parts of society to be subjected to religious control, then one does not want integration, assimilation and acceptance into society and culture - then one wants transformation or undermining of the Western world's fundamental freedom principles.
It is this last part that causes us problems - because where does the line go with a political law-religion that the individual cannot leave, whose aim is to take over and subject the nation through undermining and attitude manipulation against society's structure and the individual's freedom rights?
And then there is the other part - and it is essential to understand, because we have been a bit confused about it for the last 30-40 years - which we are rooted in -
No nation has an OBLIGATION to let itself be transformed from within.
Because the very core of a society is SHARED NORMS.
NOT diversity at any price.
A nation is not strong because it is diverse.
It is strong when the diversity SHARES common values, ideals, observance, structure and worldview.
If you move into a community, everyone therefore has two choices -
Adapt to the community - or find a community that suits you better.
That is respectful.
Both ways.
To speak openly and freely about Remigration - as adults living in free societies, where the tongue has not been circumcised - is therefore not hatred. It is common sense and boundary-setting.
Because adult people in the Western world distinguish and differentiate - and understand the difference - between the Human Being and the Ideology.
Human beings - should be treated with dignity.
Ideologies - should be criticised and judged on their consequences.
It is possible to love people - and simultaneously say no to a totalitarian ideology that destroys freedom, cohesion and peace.
We said that to Nazism.
Many of us said it to Communism.
If a person hates the values that keep the country free and let people live free - why should the country be forced to keep them?
If a person wants to live under sharia -
there are over 50 countries where that is possible.
The Western world's nations are not one of them.
And that is okay!
So cut to the bone, Remigration means -
Re-establishment of cohesion by sending people back to cultures, values and legal systems they can better identify with - when they do not through assimilation from what they came from, wish to stay and be part of our Western civilisation and its foundation and structure.
It is not radical.
It is not extreme.
It is the right of self-preservation.
A family cannot function without boundaries.
Neither can a country.
So.
