A little about the totalitarian mind and brain.
We in the West have long grown used to seeing religion and faith as something purely private - for some, even something odd or irrelevant. This is often because they have never reflected deeply on what they themselves actually believe about life, death, and the meaning of it all - and how well it all actually holds together. So we regard it as a Sunday activity. Something with a church, a bit of morality, a bit of tradition. So when we hear the word "mosque", most people think - "oh well, I suppose that's just the Muslim version of a church."
But that is a catastrophic misreading that comes from the gentle European feminised welfare mind.
Because Islam is not merely religion. Islam is a total life order. It encompasses everything - politics, culture, economy, legal system, marriage, international relations.
Islam is, in its own essence, a civilisation, a complete societal model, a world system.
And proud of it.
And deeply believes in it.
And therefore the mosque is never just a house for prayer - it is, in Western eyes, if you want to understand it somewhat more clearly, a command centre. A social and political hub where networks are built, marriages arranged, votes mobilised, legal interpretations given, and from which signals are sent to the entire neighbourhood - we are here, we are growing, we are becoming.
If you want to understand the mindset and orientation even more clearly, you must translate it into something the Western mind can actually decode. Other totalitarian arrangements of the human interior. Think about how Nazism and Communism functioned - or function. Because they and their atrocities against humanity - and the human mind - have not disappeared either.
Neither of them were merely political systems. They were totalitarian worldviews where the individual did not exist outside the collective. EVERYTHING - work, family, education, art, religion - was subordinated to the party's or the leader's order. There existed NO neutral zone.
It is the same with Islam. EVERYTHING is encompassed and nothing is left to itself. Islam promises justice, peace and community, but the reality is control, obedience and submission. Women, men and children are defined first and foremost as functions within the Ummah, the Muslim community. Fear, social control and punishment are the means that - as encompassing force - hold it all together so that deviants are either held fast or punished.
And it does not stop there. Islam has a clear and declared goal - that God's law, sharia, shall ultimately apply to the entire world. A great work that is worked on every day year-round.
And this is not a misunderstanding or an extreme offshoot - it is Islam's classical self-understanding, repeated in both the Quran, hadith and in 1400 years of history, where we can repeatedly observe the outcome. Therefore Islam can never be content to be "just a religion among others", when the friendly European soft man regards it, and wonders why the culture and faith sit so firmly even in third and fourth generation arrivals.
Because it does by design. As transmitted through endless generations. An extremely effective pattern that subjugates the individual.
So what one must make clear to oneself is - when mosques are built in Europe, it is not integration. It is marking. It is territorial presence. Historically, mosques have always been erected where Islam has conquered new land. Hagia Sophia in Constantinople is the most famous example - Christianity's greatest church was transformed into a mosque, as a declaration of victory. The same logic lives on today, just wrapped in a language of religious freedom, inclusion and diversity - and supported by weak European men or through the culturally suicidal empathy we had installed with cultural Marxism's distortions.
Look at Europe over the last 40-50 years. In France there are now hundreds of parallel societies where sharia in practice carries greater weight than French law. In England there are official sharia councils where marriages and divorces are decided outside the courts. In Sweden we see entire suburbs where police and fire services can only move in convoy, and where imams and clan leaders effectively decide. Everywhere the picture is the same - first a mosque, then a network, then demands for special consideration, then parallel institutions. And finally a complete displacement of the area's culture.
Project forward yourself.
All this happens while Europeans sleep. Because we believe that everything fundamentally resembles ourselves. We are so accustomed to everything being negotiable, that all religions are essentially "private matters", that everyone can meet in tolerance and inclusion. We can almost not imagine an ideology that actually means it when it says - "we will dominate!"
The gentle Western eyes say - "well yes, we all have to be here. It will probably work out..."
But Islam means it.
Just as Nazism meant it.
Just as Communism meant it.
Because that is what the totalitarian brain and thought does to the Human. Animates it toward a goal it will stop at nothing to reach.
Most Europeans did not grasp the seriousness then - and we do not really grasp it now either.
The purpose of being and growing as Islamic civilisation in Europe is not merely to survive. It is to win. Not necessarily through the sword, as in the old days - but through numbers, institutions, installation of considerations so Islamic culture flourishes and has the best possible conditions as long-term strategy. The mosque is the banner, the population number is the weapon, and time works for the project in a Europe that believes Men can be Women - that Freedom is about the right to kill yourself through mis- and overconsumption and that the State is God.
And the question is therefore - do we see it? Or do we continue to tell ourselves that this is merely "integration"?
Think about it a bit before you answer.
Often in comments, both here on my page and others', I see in extension of the above obvious exposition - the classic objection from low-resolution or uninformed thinking.
It sounds something like - "but what about the crusades, what about the inquisition, what about Calvinism - is Christianity not also totalitarian?" - and that shows they do not understand the difference between Christianity's essence and Islam's essence. And that our schools and institutions have failed in an otherwise simple task.
Christianity CAN absolutely be misused totalitarianly - AND has been - but ONLY by BETRAYING its own core. Islam is totalitarian by nature - because that is its core and the pattern's logic and nature. Submission.
Christianity is in its origin not a law system, but a call to the Heart. Surrender to Love.
Jesus says directly - "My kingdom is not of this world." Christianity is not about establishing a political system or controlling everything from marriage to taxation. It is about Truth, Love and Freedom.
You cannot force love, because then it is no longer love.
Islam on the other hand was born as a political and juridical project. Muhammad was both prophet, military commander, state leader and lawgiver. The Quran and hadith constitute a complete manual for society, economy, criminal law, international politics etc. It demands submission, not freedom. It demands sharia, not conscience.
Yes, Christian institutions have in history attempted to force faith and morals on others - but the moment they did so, they betrayed the gospel's core. There exists NOT A SINGLE PLACE in the New Testament where Jesus gives mandate for coercion or violence to spread the faith.
On the contrary!
Therefore those systems and institutions always collapse again, because they cannot stand on the gospel's foundation.
Islam is opposite - when it becomes totalitarian, it becomes "most authentic" according to its own logic. It is not a distortion - it is back to the source. To the intention. To the goal.
So when people say "but Christianity is also totalitarian" the answer is -
No. Christianity can degenerate into power and control, but only by ceasing to be Christianity.
It is the opposite pattern in Islam that degenerates into power and control, because that is what Islam in its innermost has always been.
I do not mean this as a criticism of Islam - people must live and believe as they find best. And there are many countries in the world that function according to Islamic law and practice, where one can see the pattern unfold. And one can travel to if one wishes to live that way.
My intention and the reason I write is solely to enlighten. Clarify. Awaken. Make conscious.
So Europe - which is Europeans' only home - built and centred around Christianity's arrangement - can make the decisions for their homelands, since many apparently have forgotten how the totalitarian brain, thought and being functions - and what always follows from it.
Because I find it valuable to be able to distinguish and see the difference between a faith that builds on truth, freedom and love - and an ideology that builds on submission.
And to be able to see the difference in outcome for society and individual.
Because it does not look as though our elected representatives - in their fear of contact - for naturally they understand the above - intend to make you wiser.
