3 August 2026 The Person

They didn't want her money, they wanted her consent

The material real-world heroes - in this case, HEROINE - are made of.

Look at her before you read on. Sall. An Australian screenwriter who returns from Hollywood and builds something small and self-evident - an app where women can talk with women.

Not a manifesto, not a campaign. A room. The app is called Giggle, and that's the whole idea - a place where women can laugh together without men in the room.

Then a man signs up.
I mean. A man who thinks he's a woman.

Sall Grover removes him, as you remove anyone who doesn't meet the one criterion the room is built on. And then the Machine begins to work.

In January 2022, while she's pregnant in her fourteenth week, she receives a complaint from the Australian Human Rights Commission. Discrimination based on the modern concept of "gender identity".

The man who claims to be a woman WANTS into the women's room, he's a woman after all - and the state backs him.

The settlement offer is worth reading slowly, because this is where the ideology shows its face.

She MUST let him in. She MUST let ALL men in who claim to be women. And she MUST undergo "gender education" understood by the State so she can learn the "correct" - which can only mean re-education.

Because she knows perfectly well, like anyone with a reasonably functioning brain and 25 cents of common sense, what a woman is.

She must pay him 20,000 dollars. She must apologise. And then the most revealing - or disgusting, infamous, low-browed, degrading - demand of them all - she must moderate ALL content on the app so that MEN who claim to be women won't be offended by what the women say to each other.

Read that last bit again.
And then once more.

The women must be monitored in their own room so the MAN doesn't hear anything he can't handle.

She says no.

Then follows four years, millions in legal costs, a career laid in ruins, and the word 'transphobe' pinned on her by people who've never built anything themselves.

In 2024 she loses in Federal Court, where a judge determines that "sex is changeable" in Australian law.

In May this year she loses the appeal, and here the case becomes almost too precise in its symbolism - the court addresses the man consistently as "Ms Tickle", with female pronouns, throughout the entire process. The question the court was put in the world to decide had thus been decided in advance - built into the very form of address.

The ruling is upgraded from indirect to direct discrimination, and the compensation is doubled.

To 20,000 dollars.

Exactly the amount she could have paid in 2022 to bend. The price for submitting and the price for standing firm became the same sum.

In other words, the system has not punished her for being wrong - it has punished her for refusing. And that's the difference between a fine and a confession - they didn't want her money, they wanted her consent.

They didn't get it. She's now going to High Court.

A law that was written to protect women has now twice been used to punish a woman for creating a room for women. And somewhere along the way the word 'woman' stopped meaning anything in Australian law - it didn't because reality changed, but because language was hijacked, taken, emptied and changed first.

That's how it happens. Not with violence, not with decrees. With definitions.

This is what's happening all around you, and why you're becoming more and more seasick over the reality that's now standing practically 180 degrees upside down.

Sall Grover could have paid her way out four years ago. It would have been cheaper, easier, smarter - if smart means surviving with the Lie as a tenant in your own house.

She chose the other.

You can perhaps force a person to pay. But you can't force them to mean what you say they must.

I remind you that this is supposed to be the Western world…

But it's really hard to recognise it as such, by now.

Shouldn't we take it back?
One word at a time - if necessary?
